Ana María Pérez Bosch de López is a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Onyx, a consortium of companies involved in renewable energy generation, consumer products distribution, digital services, and commercial and industrial real estate development in Guatemala and Paraguay.  

Ms. Pérez de López is a philanthropist dedicated to improving the lives of Guatemalans and she  serves on the Board of Directors of the Mario López Estrada Foundation, one of the social arms of the business group. She is also an avid supporter of the Catholic Church and volunteers with social projects to help those most in need, including families with limited economic resources who live near the municipal garbage dump in Guatemala City. 

Mrs. Pérez de López is married to Mario López Estrada, the founder of Grupo Onyx.  She was born in Guatemala to Spanish parents, and holds both Guatemalan and Spanish citizenship.
