The three municipalities are still difficult to reach, and public services of the State of Guatemala are still dubious in this area.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is why the government of Guatemala decided to build a Permanent Attention Center known as CAP (due to its acronym in Spanish), in the Ilom village of the San Gaspar Chajul municipality, which allows the provision of external consultation services, stabilization in emergencies, as well as other services to the important population that lives in this remote area of the country.
